Hi, I’m Z, a 2nd year Entrepreneurial student at Otago. Z’s Crack was born and perfected in my Matakana kitchen when i couldn’t find a healthy chili oil packed with more goodies than oil. Friends couldn't stop eating it, local market customers kept coming back and so I figured this would be a great side hustle to fund my way through Uni... and here we are.
